Your technician will let you know before each visit so you can plan around it. For households that want a gentler option, our EcoShield add-on uses eco-friendly active ingredients.

Contact us. A return visit between scheduled treatments is part of how HomeShield works, not a separate charge. Call, message us through the FieldRoutes customer portal, or use the contact form and we'll schedule the re-service.

For exterior-only visits, no. We can treat the perimeter and email you a report. For visits where interior treatment is requested or recommended, someone needs to let the technician in. Most homes alternate between the two depending on what's active.

HomeShield is built around the seasonal cycle in the Central Valley, so each quarterly visit reduces the pressure heading into the next season. Most homes that try one-time service end up calling back within months.
